EMP is equipped with three different cutting technologies, namely:
- Laser Cutting: We use laser cutting technology for precision cutting of sheet metal in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- It is also employed for cutting plastic materials and engraving.
- Oxycutting: For thicker materials, we utilize oxycutting and plasma cutting technologies, capable of handling materials ranging from 25 mm to 200 mm.
- Bending: Our 170-ton bending machine is used to precisely fold sheet metal.
- Rolling: We offer rolling capabilities for materials up to 30 mm in thickness.
- Precision steel transfrmation: handled by highly skilled and qualifiedoperators, supported by our methods office, which optimizes technological solutions for production control based on customer specifications.
- Welding: Welding is a key strength of our services. EMP has extensive expertise in various welding processes, including MMA , MIG/MAG welding, TIG, and laser welding. Our welders are highly qualified, and we follow detailed documentation such as Welding Procedure specifications (WPS), Welding Procedure Qualifications (WPQ)and Welder Qualifications (WQ).These processes are applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including aluminum, and even heterogeneous welds in multiple positions.
- Shot Blasting & Painting: We operates three paint rooms and epoxy paint oven with high expertise in painting, ensuring high-quality finishes for our customers' projects.
- Assembly & Finishing: A skilled and experienced team handles the final assembly, finishing, and packaging of each project to meet customer requirements and standards.
